Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over €50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium laundry detergents and fabric care products (Ariel, Lenor, OMO, Neutral, Robijn, Vanish, and more). If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Request:

    Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Retouraanvraag” and include:

    • Your order number
    • Products you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Your preference: refund or exchange
  2. Return Approval:

    Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you a return label with instructions if approved.

  3. Ship Your Return:

    Carefully package the items in their original packaging, seal securely, and ship using the provided return label.

  4. Inspection:

    Upon receipt, we’ll inspect the products to ensure they meet our return conditions.

  5. Refund or Exchange:

    Once approved, we’ll process your refund or ship your replacement item.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Method: Funds will be returned to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange:

  • Indicate your preference in your return request
  • We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return
  • Any price differences will be adjusted through your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned if opened or used:

  • All opened detergent packages (Ariel, Lenor, OMO, Neutral, Robijn, Vanish)
  • Used stain removers (Vlekkenverwijderaars)
  • Opened laundry additives (Wasadditieven)

Exception: If you receive a defective item or have issues with any of these products, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll find an appropriate solution.

International Returns

For orders outside the Netherlands:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • Complete customs forms as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
